What types of transformer radiators do you offer?

We provide panel radiators, oil immersed radiators, and high voltage transformer cooling systems.

Can you customize radiator designs?

Yes, we support full OEM and custom design services based on your transformer specifications. Our customization includes dimensional configuration, cooling capacity optimization (ONAN/ONAF/OFAF), material selection (CRS, stainless steel 304/316L), connection type (flange, threaded, welded), surface coating systems, and special requirements for extreme environments (high temperature, coastal, desert, arctic).

Our transformer radiators serve a wide range of industries including power generation plants (thermal, hydro, nuclear), electrical transmission and distribution networks, substations (indoor and outdoor), renewable energy installations (solar, wind), industrial facilities (steel, mining, petrochemical), data centers, and railway electrification systems.

What is the difference between ONAN and ONAF cooling?

ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling relies on natural convection and is suitable for lower capacity transformers up to about 10MVA. ONAF (Oil Natural Air Forced) adds fans to force air through the radiator panels, increasing cooling capacity by 30-50%. ONAF allows transformers to handle higher loads or operate in higher ambient temperatures, but requires additional power supply and control systems for the fans.

Do your radiators come with warranty?

Yes, all our transformer radiators come with a standard warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of shipment or 18 months from commissioning, whichever comes first. Extended warranty options up to 5 years are available for major projects.
